Community Foundation
Padmashali Township stands as a testament to the visionary dream of Konda Laxman Bapujee, who envisioned creating a unified residential community for Padmashali families. This dream was brought to life by B. Suryanarayana Murthy through the establishment of Sri Bhavana Rishi Co-operative House Building Society Ltd., which has grown to become one of the largest societies of its kind in the country with over 2,500 members.
Infrastructure Development
The 150-acre township features modern infrastructure including bore water facilities, reliable electricity supply, comprehensive drainage systems, electrical infrastructure, and B.T. standard roads throughout the community.
Visionary Leadership
Under the leadership of Seeta Anjaneyulu and the current committee, the township experienced remarkable transformation within 15 months, introducing a practical and cooperative approach that encouraged plot owners to actively participate in community growth.

The Founding Dream
Konda Laxman Bapujee envisioned creating a unified residential community for Padmashali families, a place where culture, community, and modern living could flourish together.
Building the Foundation (2000s)
B. Suryanarayana Murthy took the initiative to establish Sri Bhavana Rishi Co-operative House Building Society Ltd., mobilizing members from across India and acquiring substantial land to build a strong community base.
Layout Regularization (2009)
The layout was officially regularized, establishing the legal and regulatory foundation for the township's growth and development.
Transformation Era (2017)
Under the leadership of Seeta Anjaneyulu, a new committee implemented practical strategies, upgraded roads to B.T. standards, and transformed the township from potential into reality. The society was renamed to "Padmashali Township" in March 2017.
